- Contractual fee: 2%–3% · recommendation: 2.5%
Payments remain disabled until the legal operator, exact rate and BOG/TBC merchant accounts are validated.
1. Displayed and locked rate
For an order voluntarily paid inside KavBuild, the supplier fee is between 2% and 3%. The exact rate, with 2.5% recommended, is displayed before payment and immutably recorded with the transaction. Buyer total, fee, known taxes and supplier net are shown separately.
2. Payment providers
Payment is processed by Bank of Georgia or TBC Bank where available. KavBuild does not store card data or receive or hold funds as a bank or escrow service. The payment provider’s terms and checks also apply.
3. Authorisation and execution
An order is paid only after verified provider confirmation. A pending display is not proof of settlement. Buyers warrant authority to use the payment method and suppliers provide accurate payout details.
4. Off-platform payment
An order settled directly outside KavBuild does not carry the KavBuild payment fee. It does not receive BOG/TBC transaction tracking, a platform payment ledger or bank-linked refund handling. The parties remain responsible for their contract, payment evidence and tax obligations.
5. Invoice and non-payment
A fee invoice is payable within ten calendar days of issue. If unpaid, KavBuild may send reminders, restrict new listings or payments, suspend the account, set off future sums where lawful and recover amounts, statutory interest and reasonable costs actually incurred.
6. Invoice dispute
Invoice errors must be disputed with evidence within ten days of receipt. The undisputed portion remains due. KavBuild reviews transaction logs and submitted proof without limiting either party’s legal remedies.
7. Refunds and works disputes
Refunds depend on payment status, BOG/TBC rules, party agreement and applicable law. Poor work or delay does not automatically trigger a KavBuild refund: the parties must use their works contract and available legal remedies.
8. Fraud, chargebacks and taxes
KavBuild may block risky operations and request evidence. A party responsible for fraud, abusive chargebacks or false banking details bears legally permitted consequences. Each user remains responsible for invoices, filings and taxes.
